Hatha Yoga classes for all abilities to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being.
These are drop in classes that you can join at any stage in the term. Wear loose clothing that enables you to move comfortably and breathe freely. You are advised not to eat a large meal within two hours of the start of the session.
Yoga For All meet on Monday evenings (except during half-term) from 19:00 to 20:30.
